Please explain to me by looking at the NMR why Endo borneol is not favorable then the exo borneol by looking at the NMR. My professor said something about endo borneol has hyper conjugation going on and exo borneol is more favorable. Please give me an explanation with few sentences.

P1 = 1.0 / 1.0 + 0.17 X 100% = a number
she said something about compare endo and isoborneol. Which i did not understand.
