HPLC lab report
I am currently doing a lab and i am trying to figure out the concentrations of the dilutions that i've made, so that i would be able to create calibration curves. All I know is that in standard 4 we had 36.6 mg aceto, 36.2mg aspirin, 10.1 caffeine and we made 4 dilutions. I know that i'm suppose to use m1vi=m2v2... but that still hasnt gotten me anywhere.
I need some help to figure this out quickly.
