Although the Canadian and U.S. one-cent coins have slightlydifferent dimensions and alloy compositions, the two types ofpennies have similar masses. The table below lists the masses ofindividual pennies from each country measured using the samebalance. Compare the two sets of one-cent coins by determiningtcalculated. Are the masses of the Canadian and U.S. one-cent coinssignificantly different at the 98% confidence level? The table ofStudent\'s t values can be found here. Assume that the populationstandard deviation (?) for each data set is the same.

Suppose the number of replicate measurements and the averagemass of an individual penny remain the same, but the standarddeviation of each data set is three times greater than its originalvalue. Calculate the t value to compare these two data sets. Forthese sets of measurements, is there a significant difference inthe masses of the two types of coins at the 98% confidencelevel?

I found the first t calculated, but i cant find the t calculated(16.7096) when the std dev. is three times greater?
