In this stage, you will review the physical connections and operation of RS-232.
1. List the name of each signal/pin of a 9-pin RS-232 connector.
2. List the purpose of each signal/pin you listed in (1).
3. Identify the voltages that represent each logic level for all the signals you listed in (1).
4. Describe the sequence of signals asserted when a Data Terminal Equipment (DTE)
wants to send data to a Data Communication Equipment (DCE). Clearly indicate the
direction of each signal.
