Background and context
The Endangered Species Act is the law to protect biodiversity and prevent the species that are on the verge of extinction, enhance their numbers, impact their complete rehabilitation, and ultimately their removal from the list of endangered species. The commonest causes endangering species' survival are overexploitation of natural resources, habitat destruction or modification,and other natural stresses.
