Although animals and humans portray their intelligence and conciousness in a different manner, they both show consciousness in their diverse ways given that they both are gifted with brain function. Yes, they have artificial consciousness provided by humans with a limited intelligence without feelings or sensations but are still able to have some sort of consciousness, like that of robots. The mind-body problem is the relationship between mental events between the mind and the body such as perception, pain, hope, desires, beliefs and physical events like brain activity. It is mainly the interaction/relationship between the mind and the body.
