Ot emerging role: skin and wound care. To enable people with physical disabilities to increase their independence through access to assistive devices responsive to their individual needs. Covers up to 75% of the adp price. Device must meet the clients" basic mobility needs. Power dynamic tilt and recline systems, power elevating leg rests. Funding for repairs, maintenance, replacement batteries for powered devices. Client must not be eligible for other benefits, such as wsib and veteran"s affairs canada. Adp will pay 100% of the approved price for mobility devices if the applicant is receiving: ontario works program (owp, ontario disability support program (odsp, assistance to children with severe disabilities (acsd) Program gatekeeper assessment, confirms eligibility criteria, completion of adp application. Works with the vendor to ensure appropriate trial equipment is obtained. Follow up upon approval and delivery of adp funded equipment. Only completes an application for those who meet the eligibility criteria.
