Example of multilateral cooperation/int env regime, best explained by liberal approach. Did get countries to agree to carbon emissions but largely a failure. No bullet points, nice paragraph, 4-5 sentences for the term. Don"t put too much (irrelevant things), or too little. Cultural relativism universal conception of human rights (one conception of human rights which applies equally to all individuals without differentiations) vs human rights relevant based on western ideals but all cultures have different approaches to the same things. Don"t throw a whole bunch of info in sake of writing a concise essay.
