Reliability: a measurement is reliable if it can be replicated with similar results. Validity: refers to the correctness or accuracy of the research process. Measuring reliability: test retest, alternate forms, internal consistency, inter-rater/inter-observer. Interviewer bias, loaded questions, ambiguous or poorly worded questions. In this discipline, language plays a huge role. We have to be clear and concise with our language and consistent with our language.
