Number of intervals of 4 (graph 3) has the most informative about the shape of the distribution because it shows the shape of the distribution; whereas the other 3 graphs don"t show the shape. The first one is too wide and the interesting points are hidden. Based on the standard deviation, female shows the greatest dispersion of heart rates.
