He used scientific laboratories to conduct experiments and carry out psychological tests. His stuff are not read anymore in a dark room. Rather than studying the structure, he studied how the brain helps us survive, how does it lead to us having advantages , how does consciousness function to improve our survival. He said that, what the structures are doing is useless.
