Myers judging variations: thinking: people make decisions based on critical analysis of facts, valuing fairness. Logical, orderly, analytical decision making: feeling: people make decisions by analyzing how they will affect people, valuing harmony. Understanding client and nurse"s definition of health important in care plan, desired goals and outcomes.
