Chapter five: pharmodynamics: pharmacodynamics and inter-individual variability, refers to how a drug changes in the body. Flatness shows that few target cells have yet to be affected by the drug. Shows a linear relationship between the amount of drug administered and the degree of response obtained. Plateau is reached in which increasing the drug dose produces no additional therapeutic response.
