Questionnaire; tool and technique to survey people to get information: survey is a fixed research design, you usually surveys get a small amount of data from the numerous amount of people, the context matters (the time of day you are asking these questions, the way you are asking the question; you have to ask the right question in the right way, methods; how the survey is collected and carried out, how the survey is achieved and assessment. Job: service/labour, money, mental/physical demands, time consuming, team work, training, responsibility.
