Formal operational: adolescence to adulthood, we can start to do abstract logical reasoning (ex. cards with letters and numbers vs. cards with ages and drinks) He also believed that interaction with members within one"s culture was a result of cognitive development. This idea is thought to develop later in life, but is also a hallmark of high level cognitive thought.
