Consulting companies hire social psychologist as advisors to lawyers or clients; they also help police departments and law enforcement to improve handling criminal investigations. Social psychs have been used to advice police with criminal lineups and handling eyewitness evidence. Biopsychosocial model: good health and illness are determined by a combo of bio, psych and social factors.
