Followed by another series of manifestos in 2010; arguments made for. Quebec to become completely secular, more of a variety of political parties in quebec, splitting and fracturing of the quebec political sphere, increasing of conservatism, new publications, conservative books. It appears there is some form of political re-alignment in quebec.
