Dionysus, bacchus and bromius: most important gift was wine; he occupied a part in greek religion. All these plays we have read were made for dionysus. It had a happing ending a lot like tragedy. This is supposed to be a religious and civil festival. The action of a drama takes place outside. The presence of the satyrs is important in this play. Odyssey, they were half man and half horse; they had human and beast characteristics. These immortal beings are important because: they are connected with the signs of civilization, and the creation of wine, which is one of the main aspects of greek culture. They are connected to dionysus, like the bacchans. Euripides: can define odysseus as a human.
