Sept 11: administrative law mardi 5 septembre 2017. *some insurances are paid by the fed gov. Administrative law: covers the administration authorized that are under the control of the government. They intervene in the administration + the protection of the rights. It is by the queen (state) not by the government. Judge power of intervention in the court. To make sure that individuals that want to become lawyers had to respect certain basic rules. Philosophical sense of the meaning of the word "law": Law is an ideal; it is the equivalent of justice and reality. For other it is an universal and unchanging conduct. Legal sense of the term "law": it is the body of principals and regulations that are inforsable in the courts and tribunals. Broad def: covers the standards of body and rules, written or unwritten that govern the conduct and relationship between citizens and the state.
