It is as well a change in their moral stance and belief. Through compassion, condonation [involves recognition] and then celebration. Celebration means that only society accepts or condones this group but approves of it! First form of association naturally instituted for the satisfaction of daily recurrent needs is thus family ; you can draw a thread from this to the udhr that denotes family as the fundamental institutional.
