Ex: usa willing to intervene in syria, the responsibilities go far beyond the boundaries of a country for powerful countries: gouvernance can also appear through norms. International org. look at the management of international affairs. What is global governance: everything that has to do with how we decide in international affairs have to do with global governance. System of rule at all level of human activity in which the pursuit of goals through the exercice of control has transnational repercussions. Which are the goals/needs/wants require global governance: peace and security, human rights, terrorism, drug and crime control, environment, economic development, financial and monetary, migration, aids epidemic, ebola. When an issue threats the global good, the global balance, it is an international concern. International because it affects a lot of countries through illegal immigration. Need a system of global governance to fix those problems.
