The role of the leader and the role of the manage are not the same. Many leaders do not do the managerial stuff but still know what still needs to be the done. All leaders know what managerial tasks need to be done. Management is a subset in the realm of leadership responsibilities. Don"t rely on anyone else giving them anything.
