Linoleic acid (18:2) soybean oil, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. Double bonds at 6th and 9th carbons, respectively. Linolenic acid (18:3) flaxseed oil, very thin oil: omega-3, -6, and 9 fatty acid.
