Tv: criminal minds: look at what happened in the past from similar case and then say when we have an unsub that did these thing, what did someone else who did the same thing look like. Deductive profiling (logic: starts with specific crime scene evidence e. g. there are motocycle tracks at the crime scene, conclusion: if they belong to the rapist, then he has access to a motorcycle. Maybe the track was made after or before or completely irrelevant: turvey wants to use this method.
