Sexual sadism people aroused by fantasies, urges or acts of inflicting pain, suffering or humiliation on another person: pcl-r total scores, affective deficits facets and antisocial facets were all related to sexual sadism. Best known study of treatment was a retrospective study investigating effects of intensive therapeutic treatment on violent psychopathic and nonpsychopathic forensic psychiatric patients.
