-leadership is a process in which an individual influences other to accomplishes an objective,
and directs the organization in a way that makes it more coherent and cohesive. !

-Leadership is an influence relationship between leaders and followers, who intend real
changes and outcomes that reflect their shared purpose !

-Leadership heavily involves influence; this means the relationship among people is not
passive, it is multi directional and non-coercive. It’s reciprocal !
