Before darwin proposed his theory of evolution, the most accepted theory was the theory of. Pre-darwinian views were largely based on religious beliefs. Theory- a tested explanation for a set of verified and proven answers. The pattern component of special creation stated that: all species are independent and unrelated to each other, life on earth is very young, about only 6000 years old, species are incapable of changing. A: disproves an existing idea of how nature works and replaces it with another theory. Claimed that every organism was an example of perfect type created by god. Typological thinking- a type of ideology that is based on the idea that species do not change and that the variations that are found in different species are unimportant or even misleading.
