Initially, i believed that since i was new to the team, i wouldn"t receive the same amount of work as the rest of my coworkers. However, as time passed, i felt that i had proved myself to mr. joseph and i was confused as to why i was not considered for the jobs the rest of my team were able to get. From my first day on the job, i have worked diligently and completed tasks to the highest quality possible.
