Internet for current generation is very important tool to connect with other people, to complete certain job, such as assignment for a university student, internet banking, office work or video calling with loved ones. The term wi-fi is defined as a class of certified wireless networking products confirming to an industry standard designated by the institute of electrical and electronic engineers [ieee] (al-alawi, 2006). Wi-fi is a means by which electronic devices and computers exchange data wirelessly using radioactive waves through a computer network (cheng, 2013). From 1970s to late 1980s internet was owned and funded by the u. s government, administered under national science foundation (nsf) and was highly restricted to academic and military purposes (al-alawi, 2006). Although wi-fi is helpful for everyone in many ways, it can still have drawbacks. Along with the developments done in wireless network sector for the betterment of society, there came in existence some crimes also.
