The idea that personality development is related to traits is complex: some believe it is a combinaion the cultural and/or historical surroundings of a person, others believe that it is ixed and universal. Personality starts with our geneic makeup that we have inherited the study of how genes and the environment afect our personality and behaviour. Every personality component is made up of both gene and environmental porions. Is the study of how our brain and nervous system afect personality and behaviour through the study of bodily responses, brain structure, brain acivity and biochemical acivity.
