The public begins to raise the awareness and concern about equal opportunity and equal right to access resources. Therefore, i considered that employment law is established to deal with some conflicting relations between employers and labour, and to eliminate the unfairness at the workplace. The employment law should also emphasize all labour standards legislation. However, according to the course labour market and public policy , the severe gender pay gap is still existing around the world. It is unreasonable that women are treated unfairly with less benefit and less wage for the same job comparing to mens. It is a serious issue in this civilized world in which female workers need more protection under pay equity laws.
