Wheater"s basic pathology: a colour atlas and text, 5th edition. These books are expensive and will be used as reference textbooks only. We do have a number of histology books on reserve at the hmb office and the science and medicine. Library has numerous textbooks on histology and histopathology. Histology and histopathology stand at a crossroad between the various science disciplines, including physiology and biochemistry, and acts as an integrative element between these disciplines. Visual representations (e. g. histology images) are used extensively in the course to better understanding of the complex pathways within the body.
