Jung"s childhood: grew up in religious household, believed there were 2 different personalities and he was both, the child he outwardly appeared to be, wise and cultured gentleman of the previous century. Later years read about historic soul stones and realized he had created them for himself certain psychic elements common from generation to generation passed through an unconscious channel. 1913 jung went his separate way and withdrew himself at home for years getting to know himself and wrote the red book about his dreams and visions firmly believed basic tenets of his theory were universally valid. Jung"s analytic psychology which was less sexually focused, more historically concerned and more attuned to spiritual and supernatural than freud"s psychoanalytic.
