Seldane: anti-histamine: the drug can trigger a potentially fatal heart rhythm abnormality in some, much more often in women (caused deaths) Some antibiotics can also cause these heart rhythm abnormalities in women: this happens bc of the failure to take sex diff into account. There are also sex differences in body composition (muscle vs fat)
