Socialize: passing along know-how, the school decides what knowledge to transmit k(cid:374)ow(cid:374) as (cid:862)curriculu(cid:373)(cid:863, the debate on this is long and ongoing, what does reading look like, hand writing no longer taught, grammar, science/arts, sex education.
