If people have a bad customer service experience, the business will not be meeting customer needs. Because the employee is more productive, they are providing more output for the business and increasing nancial performance: encourage innovation and creativity. People safe and rewarded by coming up with new ideas. People feel like they can make a difference. If you have employees that are comfortable in their work environment then they will be more likely to encourage new ideas; if the business encourages innovation it will make employees more committed. Innovation and creativity can better the way the business meets customer needs: building quality products and services.
