Believed we act based on meaning we give to something, we give meaning to things based on social interactions different views for different people: meanings can change, not permanent through experiences, we are a product of our groupings, micro myth: (blumer, astructural: w/o ppl interacting there is no structure, create meanings through social interactions and experiences not through assumptions!!
