Moreover, being physically educated also promotes problem- solving and cooperative skill development. Overall, physical education should increase a child"s knowledge and experience with movement. In like manner, physical education helps develop a physically educated person. Full development can be seen in students if they demonstrate knowledge of skills necessary to perform a variety of physical activities, are physically fit, and participate regularly in physical activity. Similarly, physically educated people know the benefits and implications from involvement in physical education and still value physical activity for its contributions to a healthy lifestyle.
