Management (cpm)- an emerging portfolio of applications within the bi framework that provides enterprises tools they need to better manage their operations: user interface-provides a comprehensive graphical/ pictorial view of corporate performance measures, trends, and exceptions, ex. Dashboards: eis- executive information system- a computerized system that provides executives with easy access to internal and external information that is relevant to their critical success factors. Requirements: system requirements- functional and non-functional requirements, functional- the activities the system must perform and the data it must store.
