New englanders move out west and bring their ideas with them including the ideas of independence. Northerners and southerners start consuming more from the market less and less stuff is homemade. Primarily they are buying foreign goods because it is cheaper. In order to become more dependent the small farms in the north become mini warehouses and factories. And individual investors: the govt. would keep there money there, the govt. would regulate the rate of currency, regulated all of the small banks that kept flopping and putting people in a whole.
