Experiencing repeated or extreme exposure to aversive details of traumatic events. Could be acting/feeling event is happening again. At least 2 alterations in arousal and reactivity. At least 2 negative alterations in cognitions and mood. A lot of comorbidity associated with ptsd. Prolonged exposure: confront situations you have been avoiding.
