Consensus: all members have a part in shaping decision and find minimally acceptable at least. Ranges from whole hearted endorsement to abstain to veto (blocking proposal) Enthusiastic support: need in high stakes, long term impact, tough problem, high investment, high autonomy. Lukewarm support: low stakes, short term impact, simple problem, low investment, low autonomy. Polling methods: show of hands, pick one and explain, simultaneous declaration, secret ballot, two rounds.
