Hiring committees (best applicant), juries (guilty vs not guilty), and families (wedding invitation: a decision is a judgement, a choice between alternatives. Problem solving: complex process in which groups make multiple decisions as they analyze a problem and develop a plan for solving the problem or reducing its harmful effects.
