You are permitted to use a calculator on the exam; however cell phone calculators are not permitted. The exam will be in our normal classroom and will start promptly when lecture is supposed to begin, so make sure to arrive on time. You will have 2 hours to complete the exam. I will provide a copy of the standard normal tables from the back of the textbook. The exam will cover chapters 9 - 13 and will focus on various inference topics. Confidence intervals we use confidence intervals to determine what plausible values an unknown population parameter will be.
