Plot: the film starts off with like a show where people are looking into a box looking down at a spectacle. The person explains that the person in the box used to be a beautiful trapeze artist. At the start of the film, hans is engaged to frieda and she is hurt because she sees him flirting with cleopatra and warns him that she is only mocking him. Cleopatra seduces and marries hans because she finds out he haas a huge inheritance. Alongside hercules, her lover she conspires to murder hans and steal his fortune: at the wedding reception she starts by poisoning hans" wine. The freaks start an initiation ceremony to accept her despite being normal. They chant, we accept her, we accept her. Gooba-gobble, gooba-gobble. cleopatra acts out and kisses hercules and mocks and makes fun of them.
