Document Summary
The school is showed and it is a dirty and looks as if it is going to fall apart. It is stated that it needs millions of dollars to help rebuild it. The kids say that they have to open an umbrella while walking through because the ceiling leaks water. This is not the type of schools kids should need to attend, especially because it is unsafe. The school is located in a bad environment. The property wealth that is around is not good meaning that the people cannot be taxed to have a good education system. How is power defined: important: insert as an appendix after your reference section (note: this does not count as part of the 5-7 page required text that you answer for questions 1, 3 and 4 above). It surprised me how the school was physically falling apart and was so dirty.
