Document Summary

For this assignment, you will look for a scholarly article on any of the shakespeare plays we"ve studied this quarter. The best (and easiest) place to do this is online at. Jstor. org, a huge digital library of scholarly materials. Go to the homepage and click advanced search. it"s pretty self-explanatory from there. Once you"ve entered your search term(s) (say, simply the title of one of our plays) and checked the articles box, jstor will pull up a long list of articles. You can eliminate many just by looking at the titles. If a title looks interesting and promising, you can download the article and skim through a few pages to see if it seems appropriate. Please choose an article that is at least ten pages long. Once you"ve chosen your article, read it carefully. You should be able to do this fairly easily by googling the author"s name.
