Sociocultural: refers to the demographic characteristics, general behaviour, attitudes, and beliefs of people in a particular society. Sociocultural changes and trends influence organizations through: changes in demographic characteristics, such as the number of people with particular skills, the growth or decline in particular population segments, and evolving cultural norms affecting how companies staff their businesses. For example, married women with children are much more likely to be working today than they were four decades ago.
