Culture: collecive programming of the mind that disinguishes the members of one group from another. Idividualisic orientaion: idiocentric will follow their own goals regardless of others opiions. Collecivisic orientaion: allocentric will do what is seen as best for the group, even if it means giving up personal goals. 1: power distance: extent to which people in a society accept inequaliies based on social status, wealth, power, laws, and/or physical characterisics, masculinity and feminity. Men place higher values on sego goals that relate to money and careers: uncertainty avoidance female place higher values on social goals such as relaionships and helping others. Those with low uncertainty avoidance, accept that some amount of uncertainty is unavoidable and they go with the low and take a certain amount of risks.
