Sociology: defined by comote the science of society, social institutions and social relationships; specifically: the systematic study of the development, structure, interaction, and collective behaviour of organized groups of human beings. It is this ability to look past the individuals approach where everyone is responsible for his/her own fate, to examine how the historical and structural organization of society may be a source of the problem.
